I chose to buy this chair mainly off of the reviews from other users. I am 63″ and 220lbs and I really enjoy this chair. It has a tall back to it, but the headrest pillow hits me in the neck.
I like it more for upper back support instead. The lower pillow I found uncomfortable, so I took it off, and its a lot more comfortable.
This reminds me of the same chairs that are in the Jeep Wrangler JKs, so if you know anyone who owns one, thats a good representative.

Having more armrest range would be a great addition to future models. Other than that I highly recommend this chair.
This is my second gaming chair and I love it.
Was super excited to have the chair. Got it today realized they didnt ship me the base for the chair so I cant even sit in it if I wanted to. $150 bucks waisted.
I contacted customer service. Hopefully they will fix this issue. Overall though the chair looks very nice and very easy to set up. if you have everything.

As a 6 foot tall, 240 pound man, finding a comfortable chair is not easy.Mussos Ergonomic Camouflage Gaming Chair comes a long way to meeting my needs.The assembly was not time consuming, but it does require attention to detail.The only tool you need is included with the components, and you should be able to use it on future projects.The seat is comfortable, and a bit on the snug side.The neck rest and the lumbar support pads add so much to the comfort factor I will look for them in my next chair.I also like the camouflage design as it makes the chair stand out.There is no 800 number support, but there is sufficient online video resources indicating how to assemble the chair if it is needed.All in all this is an excellent value, particularly the neck and lumbar support.
The comfort, design and quality of this gaming chair is mind blowing. I didn’t buy this chair for gaming, but instead to replace my used broken basic chair before I moved.
The chair head rest did come with a minor tear but I contacted their customer service and they provided me with a new chair back without hesitation, talk about customer service!

So I just built my HugHouse yesterday after it arrived two days EARLY!Build time: 40 minutes, (mostly because I was taking a video of the assembly and had a 3 year old “helping” — Id wager this build would have been no more than 20-25 minutes max had I not be balancing video commentary and a child.Build ease: Its a very simple build.
Getting the back of the chair onto the seat (i.e. aligning the holes and keeping it steady as you get the screws it was the ONLY thing that slowed me down).
Every other aspect of the build was simple.The roller action is very smooth (but its all hard plastic, so it you looking for metal accents or that look or feel of metal sturdiness you wont see it.
That said, it is still a very sturdy chair. Ive moved my butt around it quite a bit, scooted across the tile floor easily — way smoother than the 10+ year old office chair that this replaced.
Also I really like the neck and lumbar pillows — they really add a nice level of comfort to the chair.The seat itself is comfortable for a decently large man (the raised sides keep you centered), and I like that its firm.
