Simple crock pot spinach artichoke dip! Such a simple and delicious appetizer everyone will love it!
10 oz frozen chopped spinach
13 oz can artichoke hearts (chopped and drained)
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Desired pepper
Desired salt
Mix all ingredients into a 2 qt or bigger crock pot. Mix together. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Mix every hour to help combine ingredients.
Serve warm with chips or vegetables.
