This is one of the oldest speedrun strats in the game. It allows you to skip the final battle section in the meteor rainfall section just before you enter the fortress. All this is done by infinite wall jumping off an invisible wall to wrap yourself into the fortress. Not sure how much this saves but likely over 60 seconds.
Infinite wall jump: Allows you to wall jump infinitely with one wall. Wall jump off a wall then quickly pause and go towards the same wall, then wall jump and go against the wall again and repeat how many times you want. This trick can be performed anywhere in the game but you can only wall jump off certain walls in the game.
